Our approach to security
Zo Clips handles video content and account data on behalf of our customers. This page summarizes how we approach security, privacy, and reliability. For legal detail, see our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.
Data encryption
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest for stored videos and clips.
Infrastructure
Hosted on established cloud infrastructure with object storage for media assets.
Access control
Internal access to customer data is limited and logged.
Vulnerability handling
Security reports are triaged and addressed on a priority basis.
Compliance
Current certifications and compliance frameworks: [list, e.g. SOC 2 status]. We are happy to complete security questionnaires for enterprise customers — contact us via the Contact page.
Subprocessors
We rely on a small set of subprocessors for hosting, storage, AI processing, email delivery, and payments. A full list is available on request at "shahzad.abdulmajeed4894@gmail.com".
Reporting a security issue
If you believe you’ve found a security vulnerability in Zo Clips, please report it responsibly to "shahzad.abdulmajeed4894@gmail.com" rather than disclosing it publicly. We aim to acknowledge reports within a day.
