These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Zo Clips (the “Service”), operated by Zo Clips Ltd , a company registered in Pakistan (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Zo Clips lets you upload or link source videos and uses automated processing, including AI-assisted analysis, to generate shorter video clips, captions, and related assets, and to optionally publish that output to third-party social platforms you connect to your account.

You retain ownership of any video, image, or other material you upload (“Your Content”). By uploading Your Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, transform, and — where you enable publishing — transmit Your Content to the third-party platforms you connect, solely to provide the Service to you.

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to Your Content and that it does not infringe any third party’s intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload content you do not have the rights to use;
• Violate any applicable law or the terms of any connected third-party platform;
• Distribute malware, spam, or attempt to disrupt the Service;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent usage limits of the Service.

Certain features require a paid subscription or the consumption of credits as described on our Pricing page. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless stated otherwise, and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice.

Publishing features rely on integrations with third-party platforms (for example, YouTube). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, policies, or actions taken against your accounts on those platforms.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, with notice where practicable.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zo Clips and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
